Félix Vunduawe Tepe Mako

Félix Vunduawe Tepe Mako (sometimes called VTP), was a professor of law and one-time director of Mobutu's presidential cabinet. Throughout the 1990s, he served as a key political advisor to Mobutu. With the Terminator, he is one of the most powerful and influential members of the government. Also like the Terminator, he is a member of the President's Ngbandi tribe. He is currently the minister of justice.
