New Folsom Empire

The New Folsom Empire contains New Folsom and all its territories. It was founded when Akilopolis 2, founder of New Folsom, refounded Elkelen. Elkelen had been previously invaded successfully by New Folsom, but until its refounding was still a separate territory.
Territories of New Folsom are given the same rights as New Folsomites. They elect their own president, and have a Senator represent them in the Imperial Senate. They are also offered protection by New Folsom, and in return, send troops to the New Folsom Army when it needs them. The current member of the empire are New Folsom and Elkelen.
