Highcharl

The capitol of Theoldcharl nation within the region of Hethrum. Highcharl was founded in 1804 by founder of Theoldcharl nation, William Derry. The city was the central organization place for a monarchy type government headed by the William Derry, Thomas Braxton, and Jaime Tyrion. The three heads of families pulled their feudal estates together to form one central government with the three ruling over their lands named Theoldcharl. Highcharl was built on the Hill of Charl. The hill gave Highcharl a strategically defensive advantage against riaders and opposing militants. Today, the city of Highcharl is the resident city of the Council which replace the Monarchy in 1878. The city has evolved into the largest city in Theoldcharl with a population of 27,000,000 Charltons living there.
