Thomas William White was born on October 14, 1930 to William White and Linda White in Limebridge (it was known as Dundonald) he has five brother and two sisters (look below for full list)


Speaker

Thomas White said that he will run for Speaker of the House of Deputies for the WCPUM for the Speaker job he was running against incumbent Frederick Boltan of the United Minority Party (UMP) he won in 1996 and was sworn in on July 6, 1997 he is currently the second longest serving house of deputies speaker almost serving for 9 years the longest serving speaker George Harold (1967-1980)
