En-Mer-Kaba II. I-Moodam was the King of Moodam 1638-1676 ONA .He was a son of En-Mer-Baba II. I-Moodam .One of the steels bearing his name tells of his "third war against Ur-Menkar III. I-Dohlepur" in the year 1676 BC,witch may have been the reason of his death.He was succeeded by his son En-Melugabal II. I-Moodam .
