Lazarussia

The Lazarussia Complex was a research complex west of Moscow, operated by SchwarzKreuz. It fell into the hands of the Dynastian Red Army and subsequently became the source of necromancing technology that was refined in the GORKY bases and served as a basis for the C.O.O.L.s and the Dynasty's MaGenetic program.
