History

Charles was born to Viktor and Alexandria Hayden in the country of Der Auftrag (Now Fascist Confederacy). He was born into a time when Fascists were rising up against the evil Marxist regime of Der Auftrag. He was the single son of Alexandria and Viktor.

The Parents

Viktor was born in the northern portion of Mississippi. He was born into a working class family of lumber-jacks. From the age of nine on, Viktor was seen with his father cutting down trees and taking them to the nearest point of shipment along the Mississippi River. While, on the other hand, Alexandria was born into the higher class. She was the daughter of the founder of Southern Timber, the company that over-saw Viktor and his family and co-workers work. The two met when Alexandria's family came to inspect progress. Both were in their adolesence. Soon, the two began a relation. About this time, a climate shift occured due to excessive weapons testing during World War Two and the begining of the Cold War, causing ice-shelves to collapse and parts of the Pacific Ocean to dry due to thermonuclear testing near Hawaii. This testing and teutonic plate shifting caused the nation of Der Auftrag to form. Soon, many Southerns flocked to the large islands of the New Land to form their own nation. Unfortunately, the Soviets allowed some of their followers to begin to rule the land, thus, making is Der Auftrag.

His Life

Charles' life was full of turmoil. He joined the Phineas Priesthood soon after coming to Der Auftrag and helped the rebellion against the regime. His father died in the rebellion after the Marxist secret police executed him in the streets. After this incident, Charles instructed his Mother to find refuge. She did... In the arms of Harold Fabus. The two began relations, and secretly became wed-locked. This was in violation to certain American laws, considering Harold was already married to the mother of Curtis Fabus, soon to be ruler of Communist Mississippi (Decisive Action). This secret wed-locked created the familiy link of Charles to Curtis, making them step-brothers. Oblivious to this all, Charles was preparing to bring down the evil Bolshevik held regime of Der Auftrag. He, unlike what the legend said, which stated that Reinhard Heydrich killed Premier George Iraginov, Charles pulled the trigger, Reinhard ran from the scene and told the secret police who did it, while telling the Phineas Priesthood otherwise. This, even though the Premier was dead, sentenced Charles to labor camps in the harsh northern regions of Der Auftrag. While he was in the camps, the regime fell, and he eventually became free. He travelled to find his mother, who he found on her death bed. She told him of his relations to the Fabuses; Which he kept secret until later in his life.

The Czar

After the mysterious death of Fuhrer Reinhard Heydrich of The Fascist Confederacy, Charles only seemed it fit, that he become the ruler. He had connections into The Zitadelle at high places, which gave him the ability to easily gain power. Not to mention, he was populard amongst the nation for being a 'polite, well rounded, nice young man'. He immediately changed the Fuhrerprinzip to a Czardom, and condemned the Heydrichs saying they were traitors and Bolsheviks.
