A boyhood friend of Fuhrer Richtoff, Shindle grew up within the confines of Kampfers Stadt. After majoring in Political Science at Kampfers University, he took an office job for then Chancellor Otto Bismark. After Fuhrer Richtoff became dictator, however, Shindle was quickly promoted to the position of United Nations Ambassador.
