Mithrandir

Mithrandir is the Emperor of GCON, bringing change and progress. He came into power, and then killed the steward Servion. His origin is unknown, but he speaks Quenya, a mode of elvish. Mithrandir is the quenya word for Grey Wanderer, which he was known as throughout the world before the people of Undertakers_Ministry.
