PREAMBLE

We, as the citizens of The People's Republic of Seoshackadak hold in our deepest sincerity, believe that all things are created in equality. And that the government's duty is to secure for the society the citizens' welfare and to promote progress in the culture and diversity in the State.

Everyone in Seoshackadak is equal and therefore entitled to equal rights, justice, and representation. The government and the society as well as the culture agrees to define "everyone" to mean any race, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, political views, former nationality, age, ect. and this includes all humans and lemmings.

By the government, society, and the culture recognizing this definition of everyone, the govenment, society, and culture recognize and will work to insure that everyone in Seoshackadak is entitled to and achieves the following:
