The Federation of Biyah is a long-standing resident, born and bred in the West Pacific long ago.
His short history: -Was part of the AA and was with the Federation of Commercial Affairs (FoCA) -Was a member nation involved in ConComII -Has recently become Intelligence Director and the Brigadier General in charge of Alpha Section, West Pacific Liberation Force
