Founded by Big Bosses Zanzibar and co-founded by BigBosses Outer Heaven, this region is a large MGS Series fan region. History The first Nations were the founders.Soon Philosophya came along,being the only UN. Soon Manethern86 went here and endorsed Philosophya so he would be Delegate.Grey Foxes Children also came with Manethern86. Later from Shadow Moses the Mercenry State of Fortune came.Now, there is a new band of people from Big Bosses Dream aare expected to come.
The region features a weekly or fortnighly News program in the factbook called Big Bosses News hosted by Philosophya.Info like MGS4 have being placed up.
