Wortang

Wortang is the capital of Mindus, some part of the city are still under reconstruction from the last battle between corporate and Socialist force, but most of the city is running quite well. Wortang stayed capital of Mindus only because the gouverment didn't want to spend too much by building another parlement in another city.
A little exodus of the population toward other major city is noted but still 20 millions Mindusians live in Wortang.
