The BHE Fleet Station Vanguard is a large civil/military base that serves as the home of the Bloodmoon Empire and its Star Force. It is open to all nations deemed worthy of entrance into the Empire.
Located at the scenic L1 Lagrange Point, The Vanguard is removed from many of Earth's problems, while still being able to introduce the world to the magic of orbital nuclear bombardment if needed.
