The Dominion of Wales is the fourth and final founding province of the Allied States of The Lowland Clans. A fiercely independant State, they are often the most loose constructionists in the State-Senate, often vetoing pieces of legislation that they view anywhere near violating their state sovereignty under the Alliance.
