HRH Henri IV is the head of state of the Grand Duchy of Mannenland and resides in the traditional home of the Duke of Cliffton in the principle palace. Typically he stays out of direct international relations and concentrates on more of a home agenda , typically advising Lord Lieutenant Alexander Jameson on matters of state. When seen internationally it is generally as the ceremonial head of the Mannenland speaking to other monarchs or representing the nation at international events.
