The Colony of Speed Demon 9 was started by Floyd as an escape from religous beliefs. Has you can tell by the name, Floyd believed in 9 speedy demons that control the world. He and is followers settled the land of the Faulking Islands then moved on to the lower part of South America (Chile & Argentina)
