The Pacifist Greens Alliance (PGA) was founded in early May of 2005 by Pheta. Due to the ongoing wars in The Anumist Alliance (TAA) Pheta and companion Kele left TAA to form their own regions, Pheta formed PGA, and Kele formed Neo Socialist Alliance (NSA). PGA and NSA currently still hold very strong relations with The Anumist Revolution (changed from TAA to TAA2, then changed to TAR) with the both Pheta and Kele having high regional government positions in TAR, Pheta being a commandante of the TAAS and TAIA, and Kele a commandante of the TAAS and Minister for the TAIA.
However, one month after the creation of these new regions a large scale alliance was formed, known as the Covenant of Regions, initially only comprising of the founding fathers - NSA, PGA and TAA, it has since broadened and now has 6 total members.
PGA is constantly growing due to huge recruitment efforts made by The PGA Recruiter (controlled by Pheta) and has managed to keep a healthy UN nation level (there are currently 11-UN nations out of a total of 18, 5 of which are puppet nations).
