"The Arctic" is a sister region to "Arctic". Minus the Bear was the first great pioneer to establish a settlement on this; the Pacific side of the arctic circle.His name has since passed into legend.
Having endured an invasion in the recent past, The Arctic was officialy re-founded to prevent further incursions.Today it is an important part of The Polar Union.
