Elucia

Elucia is the capital of the Republic of Praetoria Novus and, with a population of just over three million, is also Praetoria Novus' largest city. The city is located at the norther-eastern end of the state of Elysium. Significant in Praetoria Novus as an entirely purpose-built, planned city, Elucia has been the national capital since late antiquity.

Elucia is a thriving metropolis, a centre of culture and business.

As Praetoria Novus' seat of government, Elucia is the site of the Senate of the Republic, the Supreme Court of Praetoria Novus and numerous other government departments; it is also the location of numerous social and cultural institutions of national significance.

Elucia, with its many Imperial Roman-era historical landmarks is also a popular destination for domestic and international tourists.
