.nb is the Internet Top Level Domain for websites based in Nova Britannicus. Run initally by the non-profit Beverington Interweb Organistaion, the government of Nova Britannicus handed over full organistation responsibility to BIO in 2001. Any profit made by BIO is ploughed back in to education, development, advertising and maintainence of the Britannican internet system as a whole, making it one of the most robust in the world.
Foreign companies repeatedly used Britannican servers thanks to their speed and reliability.
