0000 Region in NationStates was created by Zymurgygenesis, a puppet of Crazy Kitty (known by various other nations). Alphabetically, 0000 Region is listed second and was invaded on a frequent basis, thus the founder (Zymurgygenesis) had cut regional control from the delegate. 0000 is a member of the DBA Alliance (Driftwood Beach Alliance) that had occupied several regions in NationStates. 0000 Region had several delegates, most were members of the old DBA Group.
