0000 Region in NationStates was created by Zymurgygenesis, a puppet of Cobb Michelle (known by various other nations). Alphabetically, 0000 Region is listed second and was invaded on a frequent basis, thus the founder (Zymurgygenesis) had locked out regional control from the delegate. 0000 Region is a member of the ADN Alliance and before that part of the old DBA Alliance (Driftwood Beach Group) that had occupied several regions in NationStates. 0000 Region had several delegates, most were members of the old DBA Group. Sister regions to 0000 currently includes 000000000000000000(AKA 18-0's), 00000000000000000000" (AKA 20-0's), "000000000000000000000000000001" (AKA 00-1), 000000000000000000000000000002 (AKA 00-2), British Columbia, Missouri and Zym Regions. The DBA Army is still active in various covert activities and is loosely affiliated with the ADN.
