The 1st Armoured Division "Horugv Bearers" (Russian: 1ая Танковая Дивизия "Хоругвеносцы") is the main armored component of the Abt Republic Army and currently comprises two ground assault brigades (which include tank and mechanised infantry battalions), with plans for the creation of an additional ground assault brigade. The other two of Abt's four current ground assault brigades are attached respectively to the 2nd and 3rd Infantry Divisions.
The Division was created following the general reorganisation of the ARDF.
