21C was created on 8 February 2006 by Sel Appa. Partly based on the successful E20 RP, 21c is an RP from 2006 on and is now in the year 2033. You choose a RL nation and "drive it through the 21st-century" as Sel Appa often describes it. Much has changed in the world since day one and although now offsite, the RP is still fairly active although has a moderate player shortage. SCO officialy inducts Mongolia. SCO is renamed the Asian Union on November 12.
