The 5th Airborne Division “Snow Makers” (Russian: 5ая Воздушно-десантная Дивизия “Снеготворцы”) is the smallest division of the Abt Republic Army, and also the most lightly armed formation of the Army.

The Division consists of two parachutist brigades, each comprising a light infantry parachute battalion and a light armour parachute battalion. Parachute infantry battalions count a support artillery battery each to increase their firepower.

The main goal of the parachutists is to rapidly deploy against the enemy and capture vital installations in preparation of a friendly ground assault. While capable of regular infantry operations, the two brigades are not destined for that purpose, instead leaving it up to other Abtian units.
