An APTO Conference is a meeting held by the member states of the APTO, otherwise known as the Allied Powers Treaty Organization. APTO Conferences discuss a myriad of issues, both foreign and domestic, concerning the member states of the alliance. The idea of an APTO Conference was first suggested and instituted by the region's former delegate (then ordinary member), Adejaani. The conference was held at Ticonderoga City, Adejaani's capital. In fact, the first two APTO Conferences and fifth conference were held in Ticonderoga City.

Usually, peaceful assemblies, there have been two incidents incited at APTO Conferences. The first incident involved a quarrel between the Imitoran President Ross Oliver and the Panteran Caval the Warhound at the first conference over the issue of the Omzian-Sniper Country war that had been raging at the time of the meeting. A dispute during the Sixth Conference led to a major rift within the APTO resulting in the loss of some thirteen nations, including the reigning delegate.
