Aannatinde is not only the capital city of Anatania but it is the ONLY city in Anatnaia, Aannatinde encompasses the whole of the nation.

History

Aannatinde (pronounced ahng-A-tInde) was originaly four cities, two on the coast, and two were merely farming towns outside the two costal cities. Slowly over time as they grew and grew, the mayors of each town decided they should merge into one larger city. The name of these original cities have unfortunetly been lost in antiquity but the reason for the name Aannatinde was because they wanted an impartial name, one not like any of their cities so that settled on Aannatinde the Punterian equivilant to City of Anatania, in which was the region they were located (Aannatni-Punterian).

Modern Times

As the population of the city reached half a billion the government finnaly put in messures to ensure there would be enough space for more to come. The 20 major companes of the government would get together to fund the reconstruction of most of the downtown area, most of these buildings were rebuilt to a height of around 4,000 feet, the tallest being 4,350 feet tall.

Recently

Recently there has been reconstruction work to upgrade the aging industrial sector towards the outside of the city.
