Abdullah Dukhirahiq
Council of Ten Chairman and Prime Minister
Abdullah Dukhirahiq is the head of government in the Atlantian Oceania nation of Western Afghanistan. He his known for his heated and sometimes radical arguments with other politicians, but also for his soft-spoken, kind demeanor in his personal life. The government structure of Western Afghanistan is vaguely parliamentary, meaning that he is the chairman of the leading political party, the AAP, and subsequently considered both Council of Ten Chairman and Prime Minister. His liberal but authoritarian style has led to some suspicion outside of the country, but for the most part his people enthusiastically and genuinely support him.
He is an avid Everybody Loves Raymond fan, and has been known to take weekend retreats with his wife or with other members of the Council of Ten to go on marathons of the show.
