Absolutism

Absolutism - A form of government with an absolute ruler, who is seen as all knowing. Basically a Dictatorship, except the ruler is seen as the rightful leader, who is supposed to lead the people. Quite often also a Theocracy. Primary examples are RL North Korea or NS Chellis.
