Absolutism

Absolutism is form of government with an absolute ruler, who is seen as all knowing. It is basically a dictatorship, except the ruler is seen as the rightful leader, who is supposed to lead the people; it is quite often also a theocracy. Primary examples are RL North Korea or NS Chellis.
