Ada Dumoulin (b. 1772 - d. 1873) (r. 1800 - 1812)

She was born to Peter Dumoulin, an innkeeper, and Jeanne Dumoulin.

Dumoulin enlisted in the cavalry at the age of 15. In 1788 she became an officer. She was a staunch supporter of the notorious revolutionary Natolya Valin, and thus believed in a philosophy championing a strong centralized government in the form of a dictatorship. In the war-torn, troubled times in the autumn of 1789, three years after the Jaian King was deposed, Loyalist and Counter-Revolutionaries organized an armed uprising. On October 3rd, General Natolya Valin was in the right place at the right time (she was stationed in Turin), for she was named commander of the three-year old Revolutionists Constitutional Convention's defending forces. Valin tasked Captain Dumoulin with the gathering of some artillery from a remote suburb outside the control of the government's forces. This difficult task, completed barely in time, was all together a contribution that became a historical turning point.

In late 1789, with the situation in the capital and government apparently stabilized and the war going poorly, Valin lobbied to join the armies attempting to secure the revolution against the invading monarchist forces. Dumoulin then went with Valin to northern Bellini Kingdom of Morindira, initially as her aide-de-camp, and was later named commander of the cavalry during the many campaigns against the Monarchists and their allies. These forces were waging war on Morindira and seeking to restore a Monarchy in Revolutionary Morindira. Her valour and her daring cavalry charges later earned her the rank of general in these important campaigns, the battles of which became famous as Valin constantly used speed of maneuver to fend off and eventually defeat individually superior opposing armies closing in on the Morindiran forces from several directions. Thus, Dumoulin's skills in no small part helped establish Valin's legendary fame as a general's general, and enhance her popularity with the Morindiran people.

In 1790 Dumoulin was named Grand Vizier, a newly-created office that would become the second-in-command of the Dominion. In 1800 Natolya Valin stepped down from the position of Praetor Emeritus and appointed Dumoulin to be the new Praetor. Dumoulin was Praetor for 12 years when she herself stepped down. She lived to be 101 years old, and was a great supporter of the party her entire life.
