Krytenia's most-capped player, NSWC Hall Of Fame nominee, one MPL Goalkeeper Of The Year title |
Quite possibly Krytenia's best-ever player. Vernazza was a member of the very first national side, however did not make his debut until near the end of World Cup 15 qualifying. Clean sheets and athletic saves were par for the course, and Morales Blacks got him almost for free, being transferred first to Aldi Reds in part-exchange for Snhp Xtfuinxm, then straight to the Blacks for a nominal fee. Seventy-nine national team matches later, and Vernazza hung up his gloves to enter a very successful management career. He is one of the select few managers to win league titles in two countries, first in Melmond with Morales, then in Krytenia as manager of Ousevale Borough.
