Admiral Picard is a small but growing nation, under the rule of the Borg, this planet was conquered in the late 25th centure by borg forces from the planet [Tresmius], and now is an official member of The New Borg Order, an organisation of nations with one aim - to assimilate every other nation, and rule the lands of nationstates.
