The speach was held in the Zaaherland Parliament in January the 13 2005 by the President Adree Vorez.
Speach
" Mr. Speaker, Members of Parliament, Citizens of Zaaherland.
During the last month there has been large demonstartions and dissatisfaction with the Government and it's politics. I have has diskusions about this with both the Government and the demonstartion leaders. I have come to the conclusion that I as President of the Republic have a responsibility of listening to the opinion of the people.
There for I have taken a firm decision to start reforms and negotiations with the opposition parties, in a common goal of building a democratic republic.
I belive that the people and or country is ready for these reforms. I have togehter with my Government made a five point reformsprogram. For the first, all citizens should have the right to vote in every elections. This means that the Womens Voting Act will be abolished. Secondly the Government has taken a decision to pass the National Minority Act. The Third point my Government has taken a step towards reforming the Internal Security Act, in pratical meaning that the government should lift the bann un some of the banned persons and organisations. We have put a full stop of banning people and organisations.
The fourth point is total freedom for the Media, this meaning that the cencurship of Media is to be forbidden. The fift and the last point is to grant citizenship to all immigrats and non-citizens. I hope that the Parliament all citizens of Zaaherland will give me and my Government the support we need to pass this reforms.
During the last 15years the Government and our breave soldiers have fought a war against atheism and communism in some areas in or Republic! I have and I will continue to support our soldiers at the battlefield. These terrorist will get no mercy from us! We will fight for our land and our belife in a Christian land! This land will not be a foothold for atheism and communism!
We will continue to support education, morality, autoindustry and our people! I declare the spring session of the Parliament open!
