The following is an account of the known operatives of the META Syndicate.
- The Restrictors - Main article: The Restrictors - 8 million digital simulated personalities that keep track and effectively suppress the latency of the Symbiotes under META's control.
- Angel - Main article: Angel - Restrictor and trainer assigned to NeRo.
- Crystal - Symbiote. The "cleanest" (having the purest replication of Zero's DNA of all clones, with very little host DNA remaining) and most powerful of all Zero clones.
- Ruby - Symbiote. Clone of Zero. Hot-blooded. Powers over Fire. Current status: Defected from META and formed the underground resistance movement PHOENIX.
- Amber - Symbiote. Clone of Zero. Mild-tempered. Control over Earth. Current status: Defected from META with Ruby.
- Jade - Symbiote. Clone of Zero. Mysterious person, highly charismatic. Powers over the life force.
