General Assembly
- Responsible for making laws affecting nations within the Region
- Composed of all nations in Region
- Elects Diplomatic Corps. and the High Court
- Powers:
- create/amend Laws concerning Trade
- create/amend Laws concerning Governing
- create Acts of the Assembly*
- create Recommendations of the Assembly*
Office of the Treasurer
- Responsible for managing all financial and resource assets of the Region’s government (not member nations’)
- Composed of one nation, elected by General Assembly
- A part of the General Assembly
- Powers to be determined
Office of the Prime State
- Responsible for organization of the General Assembly
- Composed of one nation, elected by General Assembly
- Head of the Diplomatic Corps.
- Powers to be determined
- Uncertain if this office will remain
Representative Assembly
- Responsible for insuring the Regions opinions in the UN
- Composed of all nations in the Region that are members of the UN
- Elect Representative Council
- Are expected to follow the direction of the Representative Council
Representative Council
- Responsible to determine the collective interests of the Region
- Composed of four UN-member nations and the UN delegate
- Publish monthly the Dogma of the Region*
- Has the power to determine the Region’s Vote* on a UN Resolution
- Declares war
- Appoints Defense Corps.
Office of the UN Delegate
- Responsible for physical representation of the Region to the world
- Elected by the system of endorsements
- Determines tied votes in the Representative Council
- Head of the Defense Corps.
The High Court
- Responsible for law and order in the Regional government
- Composed of six nations
- Elected by the General Assembly
- Holds court on charges brought against persons or nations
- Determines the exile of a nation
The Diplomatic Corps.
- Responsible for addressing other nations and regions in the name of the Region
- Composed of three nations
- Appointed by the General Assembly
- Responsible for vetting and determining admission of nations
The Defense Corps.
- Responsible for organizing and overseeing military operations conducted by the Region
- Composed of three nations
- Appointed by the Representative Council
- Expected to provide greatly to the Regional forces
- Has the power to commandeer forces from nations in the Region (this power is limited and regulated)
