The Al Iskandariyah Pact is an alliace between Latyaq and Mercosis. It was named after the Latyaq capital of Al Iskandariyah.
Although it was originally intended for Latyaq and Mercosis, The Scandinvans also wanted to join, in addition to The Valdra Accords.
