Alan Smith is currently the Head of the Goverment, and Head of state of Andoarch, the youngest to be elected at the age of 38. His policys include:

 Good Education
 Good Health Service
 Good Justice System 

In this 1st year in office he made 2000 prison places, with an extra 2500 on its way. He also reintroduced National service for one year. He has improved diplomatic relations with his neighbours. President Smiths second year in office was also the most controverisal. He ordered the Intelligance Services to topple up to half a dozen regions that threatened Andoarch interests. It is also rumored he put Surveillance Operations on his allies and allied regions. However this has not been confirmed and no evidance has come to light about it. The Smith Goverment is currently in its third year, and moved Andoarch to the The Revolutionary alliance.
