Alcalid is the offical language of the Alcalid Empire. It is an odd language, from a small and isolated language family. No one is really sure how this all occured (most of the writings of that time are concerned with legends) but it has created the "great language of the universe" - AIN. Though some call it a pointless and poorly thought-out mess.

The Basics

Alcalid script uses its own alphabet, which is composed mostly of lines and dots, and translation is difficult due to grammatical issues, and therefore if you speak Alcalid based off of another alphabet, you will most certainly do it wrong.

It also follows different grammaatical laws, and literal translation comes out like this: Alcalid Valsurt qt opyr el (What is the Alcalid Empire?) Literally: Alcalid Empire the what is. The basic structure of an alcalid sentence is: subject-words referring to subject-verb-words referring to verb (Duro-Duroid-Dreka-Drekaid). It also possesses little9if any) inflection or word modification, such as verb and adjective agreement.

Some words in Alcalid (and combinations) Zatar = Grand ack = land (Zatarack = Grand land) Vald = Lead (Valdack = Lead Land Valdun = Leader Jalz = Death jelz = Life Garckur = goods Garck = Commerce Garckuret = Barter Pall = Fool en = s(plural) or = of gre = fight Pallen Jalzey!=Persih Fools!
