Alcarinquallo Quendendilo, has been the Governor-Consul-General of Dorthonion for 76 years. During the Civil War, Governor Quendendilo declared Dorthonion an independence sovereignty, until he swayed to join the Marduuk, he retained his Governor-Consulate after the Civil War.
Lord Alcarinquallo, was never truly loyal to the Ardatomani, he had always wanted more power but after so many years as the Governor-Consul-General of Dorthonion he has grown to love his province and people. He swore an oath to the Marduuk, an oath he has, and intense, on keeping for the remainder of his life.

- His great-grand son is Judge Magister Voraista.
- He has had nine wives, sixteen children, twenty-six grandchildren and forty-two great grandchildren, and fifteen great-great grandchildren.
