Alderdom

An alderdom is an administrative sub-division of a province in the United Kingdom of Isselmere-Nieland, on average comprising four shires, based loosely upon historic duchies as well as more recent conurbations. There are 83 alderdoms within the United Kingdom, distributed amongst the 29 provinces in the four regions.
