Alexander Carter was the president of New Genoa for eight years otherwise over a year in real life time. His vice president was current president Derek Jackson. Alex Carter is a member of the Liberal Party and under his administration, New Genoa founded APTO, participated in the Coalition War and a plethora of other events.
