Alexander Hannover

Alexander Hannover is the current mayor of Bateston, the capital of the Evil Empire of the Psychomaniacs. He was elected mayor in June of 2005, and he will go up for re-election in 2030. He is thus far not much in favor with the people of the city.
He was born in 1972 to a rich family. His father was names James Hannover, and his mother was named Beth Hannover. He went to Caesar University, the best (and most expensive) in The Psychomaniacs.
Hannover suceeded Jefferson Franklin as mayor. Hannover won the furious election between him and Luke Alaric by two votes.
