Alexander I

First Constitutional Monarch of the Sovereign State of Skinny87. Elected by the people in October of 2005, Alexander I (Real name Antony Franklin) is the first Monarch ever to rule over Skinny87 since the inception of the country. Formerly a Private in the Republican Army, and then the Loyalist splinter of the Republican Army, Alexander I fought in the trenches of Port Stanley for months before being captured by Parliamentarian troops during the Third Battle of Port Stanley, otherwise known as The Battle for Chatham. Deciding that authoritarian President Xavier Martin had betrayed his country and his people, Franklin switched sides and joined the Parliamentarian forces.

After participating in the summer offensive against Dowland City, his royal blood and aristocratic ancestors were discovered by accident by a Parliamentarian researcher. After aiding in the planning and execution of Operation Husky, Franklin was nominated as Constitutional Monarch for the newly renamed Sovereign State. Winning more than 80% of the popular vote, Franklin became Alexander I. He now rules over the country as the Constitutional Monarch.
