Alicia Van Tocco is the daughter of the emperor Hector Van Tocco. When her father dies, she will be the first Empress of the country. While Hector is still alive, she is using her politic skills being Juta State's governor(since this year).
Alicia still isn't married, but is dating Darren Winnear, son of the Counselor-Minister Lars Winnear. She is considered one of the best rulers of the country, and can be a great empress. Like her father, she likes sports and tecnology, but would like to give more freedom to the people, and not everyone likes these ideas.
She has a good relationship with her family, and wants to wait more time to be the empress. She thinks that the country is developing well under her father's command. She has some influence over the emperor, but he has over her too.
