The High King Alicia is popularly known as the Forgotten Royal, because of her light-handed and often unnoticed approach to her duties as High King. Alicia was born to unknown parents in 34AL, never took a consort, and disappeared during the Weyrean integration into the Galactic Empire. Her current status remains unknown.
It is known that Alicia was born somewhere in the Shadowside sector of Wye City, and attended Regional High School No.16D6-1. Her enlistment with the li'Illorin clan shortly after graduation implies prior connections with the Weyrean underworld. The clan wars that errupted a year later had a tremendous impact on the future High King, who was then a platoon sergeant in the li'Illorin Riverfront Company. The unrestricted thaumaturgic war waged by both sides would later influence her actions in the Gramal Conflict and the Southport Incident, most clearly visible in the restrictions placed on military use of thaumaturgs after the razing of Southport. During her latter years, Alicia drifted off the public stage, working behind the scenes to maintain the functionality of the Kingdom.
