Since Hawaii is under your control, would you allow one island of Hawaii to rented to my nation (Aloana is a puppet nation of the META Syndicate, which will pay in any way you'd like, including cash, bank transfer, resources, technology, goods, military material and assistance, trade agreements). I hope we can find consensus in this matter.
