Maestro Alvis Hamilton is a lovable twelve years old girl, who became a central figure of rebellion against late Maestro Delphine Eracria.
Despite her young age, she was more then a figurehead of rebellion, for it turned out that she was the only person capable of helming the mysterious and very powerful air ship, known as Exile, which, in turn, played a key part in rebellion’s victory over the late Maestro Delphine Eracria.
But even though Alvis is a swift-learner and pretty intelligent for someone of her age, she is clearly incapable of ruling the nation. Therefore, the New Exile is now effectively ruled by Consultation Council, which is made of four of Alvis’ most loyal supporters.
