Amkarethz Holdings is an holding company, and the second richest corporation and institution in the Grand Kingdom of Aerion beside that of the Crown of Aerion. Some say it is the second most powerful as well. It is owned 40% personally by Morthian Amkarethz, majority stock holder. 10% is owned by the Crown as by Royal Prerogative.
Amkarethz Holdings owns stocks in multiple Aerionian megacorporations, and corporations as well as some international investments.
It owns majority stock in the wealthiest and largest megacorporation in the Grand Kingdom of Aerion, the General Aerionian Productions Corporation <GAPC>
History
Morthian Amkarethz made his fortune by building up the General Aerionian Productions Corporation. When the Crown rose to power and finally stabilized the Grand Kingdom of Aerion, there were many raw materials and components that were needed for all industries. GAPC filled in this need by building hundreds of manufacturing plants. This branch of GAPC is now known as GAPC Heavy Industries. GAPC also has the largest chain of general superstores across the Grand Kingdom, with several hundred superstores scattered across the nation.
Today Morthian Amkarethz is said to be the second richest individual in the Grand Kingdom of Aerion. With his acquired wealth from GAPC, he bought stock in several successful megacorporations in the Grand Kingdom.
Recently, he used his influence to obtain an semi-autonomous territory from the Crown. This was what was once the area of Raplonis, he managed to obtain half of the Royal Province as well as the provincial capital. He must however still pay Royal Taxes.

Corporate Autonomous Territory
Amkarethz Holdings is the first megacorporation and non-political entity in the history of the Grand Kingdom of Aerion to hold its own autonomous territory.
The Amkarethz Holdings Territorial Division has almost full authority over the Corporate Autonomeous Territory of Amkarethz Holdings, and for all intents and purposes Morthian Amkarethz is like its "Governor". Citizens in Amkarethz Holdings are still Royal Citizens, however, and subject to Royal Law when they are outside the Corporate Autonomeous Territory.
Citizens within Amkarethz Holding's territory still pay taxes to the Crown, but pay Amakrethz Holdings. In turn, Amkarethz Holdings owes a total percentage of tax for it and citizens living within it's territory.
The former Royal Governor's Palace of Raplonis, a lavish building, was turned into the World Headquarters of Amkarethz Holdings.
The territory is home to the headquarters of the General Aerionian Productions Corporation, as well as the headquarters of every subsidiary of the GAPC. GAPC has moved much of its industry here, moving the employees along with the factories.
Uvsta Biotech has its headquarters here as well.
Amkarethz Bank, a subsidiary of GAPC Finance, is the main commercial bank for the territory rather than the Royal Bank
Amkarethz Security Forces, with Amkarethz Territorial Security is rumored to be the largest armed force next to the Royal Army in the Grand Kingdom. (Though Amkarethz Holdings is not the only megacorporation with a corporate security force)
